How do I check a throttle motor that does not respond?

If the throttle motor does not respond, check power, ground, controller command, linkage movement, connector condition and fault codes. The problem can be the motor, wiring, controller output or a stuck mechanical linkage.

Does a blank excavator monitor always mean the monitor is bad?
